Exploring your inner critic is a must to help you understand what is holding you back from growth. Usually, it can be traced to the power given to one’s inner critic. Turning that commonly negative voice into a positive one can be achieved. Our inner critic is known by many names: Inner Controller, Gremlin, Critical Inner Voice, Critical Voice, Judger, and Guilt Tripper to name a few.
